The Boston Celtics are by all accounts a better team now than in the first half of the 2022-1-22 NBA season. They own an eight-game winning streak and are one of the hottest teams in the league.
But just how much better are they as a team? In a much-improved Eastern Conference, will they manage to compete for a top spot by the end of the season, or have their early season missteps already made that impossible? More importantly for Celtics fans, is it too much to hope that the team could realistically compete for Banner 18?
