Article Summary:

New Boston Celtics President of Basketball Operations Brad Stevens will join All-Star wing Jayson Tatum and new head coach Ime Udoka in Las Vegas for some of Team USA’s training, according to Masslive’s Brian Robb.

Stepping actively into his new role with the team, Stevens will join a large cadre of executives from around the NBA in so doing while Team USA practices and scrimmages against other national teams ahead of the Tokyo Olympics, which are scheduled to begin at the end of July.

It seems likely Stevens will not travel to the Olympics, with no such reports or obvious role for the new Celtics executive who still has plenty stateside to sort out for Boston. Co/0CCk8MkzPa
