The NBA is suspending game play following the conclusion of Wednesday’s schedule of games until further notice. The Jazz confirmed the second positive test in the following statement released on Thursday:
As a follow-up to yesterday’s positive COVID-19 test, Oklahoma health officials tested all members of the Utah Jazz traveling party, confirming one additional positive outcome for a Jazz player.
The contest between the Jazz and Thunder was the first of two games that was cancelled, as the game between the Pelicans and Kings was also called off.
